another day living in fear in this rotting state
you're easy to convince when you're afraid of getting raped
"expect some sort of conflict, no matter your location"
just some more words of wisdom from the tv station
"don't trust anybody that you don't already know
everyone is out for you, it's best you stay at home
random acts of kindness can only get you dead
if you're not thinking of yourself how can you get ahead?"
you don't realize your daily life is keeping you detained
sometimes i wonder to myself, who is more restrained?
those who sit inside their cell as a result of their crimes,
or the ones who sit inside their cell wearing suits and ties?
facebook, cell phones, twitter are just more ways to be tracked
but you need to stay on the grid. to leave? who'd want that?
making mountains out of mole hills, these fences have arisen
since when did your own safety require such a prison?
